Real-Time Flow Technology
This is a non-invasive method of continually monitoring the flow rate of fluids within the system. Fluids are delivered precisely and accurately, even for those with different viscosities, with minimal need for calibration. Intuitive software The icon-driven software simplifies the chemist’s workflow and accelerates the set-up of peptide synthesis methods. Pre-programmed methods may be used as is, or as a template for customized methods and sequences can be easily imported to avoid errors. It allows to increase productivity and program new syntheses while others are already running. The software is designed for 21 CFR part 11 compliance. Single-Shot™ Preactivation Specially designed 3-port manifold that enables alternate flow pathways allowing for optimized solvent deliveries to AA bottles, Single-Shot™ Preactivation and improved purity thanks to efficient block valve and delivery lines washing. PurePep Pathway “Inside” The design power of the proprietary PurePep Pathway (valve block system) results in zero dead volumes, no cross-contamination, and worry-free performance that lasts for years. Other systems use off-the-shelf valves that leak, cross-contaminate, and quickly fail when exposed to harsh peptide synthesis chemicals. With the trusted PurePep Pathway inside PurePep Sonata+, you have reliable peptide purity every time. Multiple mixing modes PurePep Sonata+ has chemically inert, optimized channels allowing high solution transfer rates (> 400 mL/min) of any solvent. All reactions occur in an inert environment to minimize side reactions. Multiple mixing modes include nitrogen bubbling, agitation with adjustable speed and recirculation which can be used alone or combined to maximize reaction efficiency. Enhanced pumps and other hardware Fast and flexible primary solvent pump, chemically resistant with minimal maintenance requirements. Teflon lined Recirculation pump with high solvent resistance and low maintenance. Easy connection to external solvent and waste systems. Great flexibility with GL45-type amino acid bottle setup. Higher purity and no risk of reagent cross-contamination with Single-Shot™ preactivation. Solvent and reagent positions Seven solvent ports and twenty reagent ports allow easy customization for any synthesis protocol. Real-Time Flow technology allows precise delivery of all solvents and reagents. To minimize disposal costs, two waste ports allow waste streams to be separated. A collection port can be implemented for cleavage products or valuable reagent recovery for maximum versatility. |
